Humble Group AB (publ) ("Humble") has through its subsidiary Humble Incubator AB ("Humble Incubator") entered into a collaboration with Hatten Education AB ("Hatten") regarding the launch of products in several different categories under the brand "Babblarna" through a jointly owned company. "Babblarna" is one of Sweden's most beloved brands for children aged 1-5 years.

Privab Stockholm and Privab Nässjö are two of a total of six operations under the cooperation in Privab Grossisterna AB. Privab is a nationwide market player in trade and logistics partners in mainly confectionery, snacks, sports nutrition and beverages to consumer goods chains and independent local customers.
The companies also provide a number of concepts such as MyWay (store concept), Gottmix (loose-weight sweets) and NRG FOOD (gym and sports nutrition) to hundreds of stores around Sweden.
