Bayn Europe and Barentz are starting a research project to develop the use of Stevia and dietary fiber mixtures as a substitute for chemical sweeteners in the Baltic States. The Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth supports the project, which is expected to have positive effects on the environment and public health in a high-priority area.
