The meeting resolved to issue a maximum of 5 054 994 warrants of series TO 4.
The purpose is to give all shareholders the opportunity to subscribe for shares on the same terms as in the directed share issue carried out on February 28, 2019.
One (1) warrant is allocated for six (6) shares. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share at an exercise price of SEK 1.10 per share. The dates for subscription of shares by exercising the warrants are from June 13, 2019 to June 18, 2019.
Trading in the warrants will not commence before the start of the subscription period.
