Board member Leif Fågelstedt resigns from the Board of Bayn Europe AB according to previous press release. In connection with this, the Board has been informed that shareholders withdraw the proposal to the Extraordinary General Meeting per 2016-10-03 to issue warrants directed to Leif Fågelstedt.
