We would like to draw our shareholders' attention to the fact that the record date at Euroclear for the possibility to subscribe for shares in series TO5 is December 5.
As announced in a previous press release on November 7, the Board of Directors has decided to issue a maximum of 4 275 483 warrants of series TO 5.
The purpose is to give all shareholders the opportunity to subscribe for shares on the same terms as in the directed share issue carried out on October 4, 2019.
One (1) warrant is allocated for nine (9) shares. One (1) warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share at an exercise price of SEK 1.45 per share. The date for subscription of shares by exercising the warrants is from January 13, 2020 up to and including January 22, 2020.
Trading in the warrants will not commence before the start of the subscription period.
