Since 2017, Bayn has been actively working to position the company as a leading supplier with products that can easily replace sugar in different market segments. Delivering ready-made products and services was a strategic step to move Bayn to a more solution-oriented company.

Sales of sugar replacement solutions have since increased to now account for half of the company's sales. Bayn's sugar-reduced or sugar-free ice cream solutions have been particularly successful this summer. The remaining sales are made up of ingredients such as stevia and rosemary extract under the collective name NAVIA®.

EUREBA® sugar replacement solutions are available for ice cream, yogurt, fruit preparations, confectionery and beverages, among others. Bayn not only offers the sugar replacement solution itself, but also provides consulting services in formulation and product development.

The increase in sales of EUREBA® means that the company will also start manufacturing on a larger scale in the Netherlands.
