During June 13-18, 2019, holders of Bayn Europe AB TO4 can redeem their options for shares. One (1) TO4 can be exchanged for one (1) share during the period, at a price of SEK 1.10. Warrant holders who have their warrants registered in a custody account with a bank or other securities institution must contact them to exercise the warrants for subscription. Subscription for other warrant holders is made by simultaneous payment and by completing, signing and submitting the application form to the issuing agent (Eminova Fondkommission) no later than 16.00 on June 18, 2019.
