"Earlier this year, Lefka O'Life developed a food range for Irish Allegro under the brand 'Vitality - Food for Active Living'. The brief was to develop gluten-free, oat-based cereals with high protein and fiber content, and most importantly, no added sugar. Bayn products have been used extensively in this product development and also to produce sugar-free protein bars, low sugar pancake mix and sugar-free peanut butter," says Ian Murgatroyd, Managing Director of Lefka O'Life Afrika.
Vitality is a range of products from Irish food manufacturer Allegro, which offers products such as oats, pancakes and protein bars with no added sugar. The ingredient order Bayn received from Lefka O'Life came through the global partnership with Barentz, a leading supplier and distributor of innovative and standard ingredients for the food industry.
