Bayn Europe AB has met its strategic partners from 5 different European countries during September in the company's studio at Drottninggatan 32 in Gävle. Our researchers and technical developers have taught technology and practical handling at academic level to replace sugar with natural and low-calorie ingredients in a variety of applications, e.g. for ice cream, chocolate, pastries, drinks, etc.
