Humble Group AB (publ) ("Humble") has, through its subsidiary Humble Incubator AB ("Humble Incubator"), entered into a collaboration with Hatten Education AB ("Hatten") to launch products in several different categories under the brand "Babblarna" through a joint venture. "Babblarna" is one of Sweden's most beloved brands for children aged 1-5 and has sold over a million books, has over a billion streams on its music and video clips and has won TV awards such as Kristallen. The main focus of the hat is language learning and Babblarna's books are translated into a variety of languages.

By combining Humble's strong production and distribution network with Hatten's long experience of creating and managing the "Babblarna" brand, there are all the prerequisites for being able to manufacture high-quality products that are widely distributed in a short time. The aim is also for some of Humble's brands to launch products together with "Babblarna" and the jointly owned company. Through the collaboration, Humble and Hatten are also creating a joint reading promotion project that includes volunteer work and donations to organizations to improve the quality of reading and content, primarily in Swedish libraries.

The joint venture will be a subsidiary of Humble Incubator, which has the ambition to create 2-4 new brands per year in different segments. Humble Incubator focuses on efficiently delivering products under new brands from factory to customer, which will help reduce working capital and improve overall supply chain flows, while contributing to strong gross margins.

"It is a great pleasure to see the first major launch through our Humble Incubator. I hope and believe that this is just the beginning of what the team can achieve with the strategy of being a preferred partner, when the brands of the future choose the player to collaborate with in FMCG. We are now showing the strength of the platform we have built in Humble over the last few years, where we have the opportunity to create new brands and partnerships that will have a positive impact on the Group's organic growth going forward." - Simon Petrén, CEO Humble Group AB (publ).

''As a parent and an entrepreneur, I am very proud and honored to announce this partnership. Babblarna is one of Sweden's strongest brands and with the infrastructure we have built within Humble, we can ensure that Babblarna reaches its full potential in the consumer market. Many of our subsidiaries will be involved in this deal, which continues to strengthen and broaden the synergies that we work with on a daily basis. Without the agility we can offer, we would not have been able to achieve this collaboration, which really shows the greatness of Humble Group. Several exciting product launches are already planned for the summer.'' - Noel Abdayem, Vice President Humble Group AB (publ).

"Since its inception in 2007, Babblarna's ambition has been to promote language learning and the child's vocabulary through language play. From babble and jollity comes speech and language. Our vision is to work with Humble to make everyday life easier for families with children by making everyday routines more fun and full of language play. In Humble, we have found a partner who stands for quality, passionate commitment and who is at the forefront of sustainability issues and has a proven ability to implement." - Anneli Tisell, Babbles creator and co-founder Hatten Education AB.
