Humble Group AB (publ) (”Humble” eller ”Bolaget”) har givit Carnegie Investment Bank i uppdrag som Sole Bookrunner att arrangera möten med nordiska obligationsinvesterare med start den 24 september 2021 för att utvärdera möjligheten att emittera ytterligare obligationer med ett förväntat belopp om 400 000 000 SEK under Bolagets existerande seniora säkerställda obligationslån 2021/2025 med en ram om 1 500 000 000 SEK (ISIN: SE0016273742). Emissionslikviden kommer att bidra med fortsatt finansiell flexibilitet inför framtida förvärv så som beskrivs i ett pressmeddelande publicerat den 23 september 2021. Emissionen förväntas ske inom en snar framtid under förutsättning att marknadsförutsättningarna bedöms som gynnsamma.
