Holders of the warrant TO 3 have the opportunity to redeem their warrants during the period November 27 through December 11, 2020 at the price of SEK 0.80. The exercise price has been recalculated according to the current terms of the agreement.
Terms and conditions of warrants in summary:
Holding one (1) warrant of series TO3 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) newly issued share at a price of SEK 0.80 after recalculation according to the terms of the warrant.
Subscription of shares with the support of warrants can take place during the period November 27, 2020 through December 11, 2020.
