Bayn Europe's production partner Honsea Sunshine Biotech Co. Ltd in Guangzhou has delivered a trial order of 6.6 tons of EUREBA® D-01 for the Chinese New Year. The customer is Hoiee Wuhan Ice-works(www.hoiee.cn), which specializes in sugar-reduced bakery products and ice cream. Hoiee is a subsidiary of the food company Poonmanee, based in Wuhan, about 50 miles west of Shanghai.
EUREBA® D-01 is Bayn's sugar substitute specially developed for dairy products. It has been successfully used by ice cream producers both in Sweden and abroad. EUREBA® D-01 can replace sugar 1:1 in dairy products without sacrificing taste or mouthfeel.
The order is worth approximately 240 TSEK and is a trial order for a series of planned deliveries starting in April 2019 and final delivery in the first quarter of 2020. The total order will include at least 100 tons with a value of just over 3.8 MSEK.
