Due to personal circumstances, Mikael Pettersson has informed the Board of Humble Group AB (publ) ("Humble" or "the Company") that he resigns from his position as a board member of the Company. Mikael Pettersson was a board member of Pändy Foods AB during the period 2016 to 2020 and became a board member of Humble in connection with the acquisition of Pändy Foods AB in 2020. He has made valuable contributions to the board work of both Humble and Pändy Foods AB and will continue to be an advisor to Humble. Mikael A. Pettersson is one of Humble Group's major shareholders and has increased his holding on several occasions during the year, most recently on October 6, 2021. The Nomination Committee of Humble has begun the work of finding a replacement for Mikael A. Pettersson on the Board.
