Humble Group AB (publ) ("Humble" or "the Company") announced earlier today that Mikael Pettersson resigns from his position as a board member of the Company. The Nomination Committee has worked to find a replacement for Mikael Pettersson and has informed the Board that Hans Skruvfors will be proposed as a new Board member. Humble's Board of Directors will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting where the proposal to appoint Hans Skruvfors as a Board member will be considered.

Hans Skruvfors was born in 1980 and holds a Master's degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree from the Gothenburg School of Economics. He is currently CEO of Foodora's Nordic operations and is responsible for over 10,000 employees and approximately SEK 10 billion in sales, and has previously held senior roles at Procter & Gamble, Nepa and Accenture. Hans Skruvsfors has extensive experience of FMCG and food retailing, as well as scaling growth companies internationally.

"We are very pleased to have found a strong candidate to replace Mikael Pettersson on the Board. Hans Skruvfors' experience in, among other things, FMCG and food retail from world-leading players such as Procter & Gamle and Foodora would be valuable in the work of the Board and the Nomination Committee is very pleased that he wants to take on the assignment." says Henrik Patek, Chairman of the Nomination Committee of Humble Group AB (publ).
