The Humble Co. is a world-leading company founded by dentists in Sweden that sells sustainable oral care products in over 50 countries. The company was acquired in 2021 and sells more than 15 million products per year, with the bamboo toothbrush accounting for the majority of sales. The company's ethos, experienced management and broad distribution network is a strong addition to the group and will further benefit and accelerate other companies' export investments
Eco By Naty
NATY is a pioneer, trailblazer and leader in the eco-friendly baby and feminine care market with more than 50 products focused on caring for people and the environment. NATY uses renewable and compostable materials wherever possible - the conventional oil-based plastic has been replaced with a plant-based plastic on the skin while ensuring the goal of matching conventional brands in terms of performance. Founded in 1994, NATY nappies remain one of the most environmentally friendly disposable nappy options on the market.
True Gum
True Gum was founded in 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark, by a team of entrepreneurs who set out to transform the gum market. After learning that conventional chewing gum is a major contributor to our litter problem, the team behind True Gum knew they could find a better alternative. True Gum offers 100% plant-based gum and lozenges that are all sugar-free, plastic-free, vegan and use only natural flavors and sweeteners. True Gum is now sold in stores across Europe.

Pro!Brands is a brand created out of a genuine interest in training and nutrition. Pro!Brands is designed for a broad target group; the products are suitable for the average exerciser as well as the elite athlete. Their product portfolio is based on healthy & tasty snacks such as protein bars, protein chips, functional drinks as well as dietary supplements in functional powders, vitamins, and more.
Jalofoods
Oy Soya AB is the company behind Jalofoods - a pioneering brand that caters to the natural, flavourful and sustainable food market. The Jalofoods range includes both Jalotofu and Jalotempe, which are organic staples in tasty, protein-rich vegetarian cooking. Both product families are produced locally in Finland using nutrient-rich, organic European soybeans and Finnish organic legumes. Their flagship product Jalotofu is the first Europe Soya-certified organic tofu in the world.

The company also holds the distribution rights for several leading international brands.

Body Science is based in Queensland, Australia and the Company offers a wide range of healthy products including protein powders, bars, creatine and other performance based supplements. Body Science conducts both B2B and D2C sales, with an extensive customer portfolio of major food, pharmacy and retail partners, as well as specialist retailers and online players.

LEV is a Portuguese brand active in the production and sale of dietary supplements and healthy foods, snacks and ready meals with high biological protein values. The company produces both in-house in Porto and Aveiro, Portugal, and through contract manufacturing with third parties.

MARABU Markenvertrieb GmbH is an international marketing and sales company in the FMCG sector. It provides customers in the pharmacy, grocery and specialty retail sectors with Humble Group's own brands as well as external brands for which MARABU owns exclusive sales and licensing rights.
Vital Foods
Founded in 1975, Vitalkost AS is one of the pioneers in the import and sale of organic food products in Norway.Today, Vitalkost AS is a company that imports and distributes organic food products, including beverages, snacks, food, natural skin care and supplements. For dietary supplements, Vitalkost AS sells and distributes its own brand: Shift High End Supplements. Which is one of the leading premium brands in the Norwegian dietary supplement market.Vitalkost AS has everything under one roof in our premises and warehouse at Barkåker just outside Tønsberg.Vitalkost is in positive development and growth and we have high ambitions to grow further. As part of our growth strategy, we have, among other things, strengthened the staffing of the pharmacies.Other growth areas are cosmetics and the development of EMV for daily consumer goods, as well as the further development of strong brands within dietary supplements.Vitalkost also has a growing export business. Especially in Denmark and China we have very good partners representing our premium brands.In 2023 Vitalkost AS will hold a BRC certification. This will make us even more attractive as a supplier of food products in the Norwegian market.

The companies also hold the distribution rights for a number of popular organic food and skin care products in the Norwegian market. Headquarters and production are located in Jönköping and Habo respectively.
